2015-16: MAAC All-Academic Team… As the team captain in her junior campaign, went 0-21… Mainly played at the No. 2 singles… Paired with Meghan Zimmer at No. 2 doubles to post a 2-8 record… Earned a MAAC victory over Rider.
2014-15: MAAC All-Academic Team… In her sophomore season McKeough mainly competed at No. 6 singles with a 2-1 record including 1-0 in MAAC play. In doubles play she paired with Allison Radde at the No. 1 spot and with Meghan Zimmer at the No. 3 spot. Overall she was 6-5 in doubles matches, including a 5-2 mark in the MAAC.
2013-14: ITA Scholar-Athlete… McKeough finished her rookie campaign with an overall 3-10 singles record and a 7-10 doubles record. She went a perfect 3-0 in conference singles, picking up wins over Rider, Monmouth, and Siena. McKeough competed primarily at No. 5 or No. 6 singles and No. 3 doubles with partner Nelson. The duo had a 2-3 record and went a perfect 2-0 in MAAC play. She competed in the Sacred Heart Doubles Festival, the Saint Joseph’s Invitational, and the NJIT Invitational in the fall.
Before Fairfield: McKeough comes to Fairfield after lettering all four years for the Sachems. She helped the team clinch State Championship titles in 2010 and 2011. McKeough played No. 1 doubles her freshman and sophomore seasons before playing No. 1 singles her junior and senior campaigns, where she served as a team captain. She was a three-time Middlesex All-Star in 2010, 2011, and 2012. McKeough also earned Boston Globe All-Scholastic honors in 2011. She also lettered in cross country and was a member of the National Honor Society.
Personal: Daughter of Sarah and Paul McKeough... Has one sibling, Kathryn (23)... Father was a fencer at Fairfield... Member of the Campus Fellowship (Mentor)…Named to Fairfield University Dean's List... Major is Management (Entrepreneurship).
