2015-16: Played in 25 rounds over 12 tournaments…Averaged a 78.44 (+6.88), carding 16 rounds in the 70s…Shot an opening-round 71 at the ECAC Championship, finishing eighth with a two-day 149 to help guide the Stags to the title…Finished sixth of 73 golfers at the Macdonald Cup, carding a two-day 144 (71-73), to log the best individual finish of his career.
2014-15: Played 10 tournaments and 21 total rounds…Shot a career-low 72 as a part of a two-day 150 at the Rutgers Invitational…Placed eighth with a 152 (77-75) as the Stags won the NEIGA Championship…Fired a 73 to place 12th of 66 golfers at the Peacock Invitational…Carded a 231 (75-77-79) at the MAAC Championship.
2013-14: Played in 18 rounds over seven tournaments, averaging a 78 per 18 holes. He made his collegiate debut at the Rutgers Invitational, carding a 236. He finished 14th overall at the ECAC Championship, turning in a two-day score of 166. He had his two best rounds of the year at the MacDonald Cup, shooting a 72 and 71 in the final two rounds, respectively. At the MAAC Championships, he finished 27th overall with a 244.
High School: Ferrante earned four varsity letters at Nyack High School, where he served as team captain for two seasons. Over the course of his career he earned All-States, All-League and All-County honors, as well as being named team MVP.
Personal: Son of Lisa and Ralph Ferrante and has three older sisters: Lauren, Kimberly and Alessandra. Major is economics with a minor in computer science.
