Before Fairfield: Lacey Olaff enjoyed a great deal of success as a student-athlete at Florence Township Memorial High School. She ended her scholastic career with a .470 batting average that included a .450 hitting percentage as a senior. She posted 97 career RBI off a career 121 hits, highlighted by five home runs and 30 RBI in her final campaign with the program. She earned a spot in the school's 100-hit club by the end of her career. Olaff earned All-County first team honors and was a three-time All-Area player. Florence Township Memorial captured the Central Jersey championship, two Divisional titles, and won the Carpenter Cup championship during her stay. Off the softball diamond, Olaff was President of the Student Council as a senior and was a member of the National Honor Society, which she served as a treasurer in her senior year.
