FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Marist Red Foxes hit 10 of their 24 attempts from behind the 3-point arc and seemed to hit all of those shots when they needed them the most to hold off any Fairfield comeback attempt as the Stags dropped a 68-62 decision in the Play4Kay game at Alumni Hall. With the loss, the Fairfield University women’s basketball team snaps their season-long five game winning streak, but still holds their third place position in the MAAC standings.

However, in both instances the Red Foxes extended their lead back to seven on 3-pointers.
