FAIRFIELD, Conn. – The Fairfield University women’s tennis team dropped 7-0 to Northern Kentucky on Thursday afternoon at the Cullman-Heyman Tennis Center.

The Norse earned the doubles point after winning at all three spots with scores of 6-4, 6-2, and 6-2. In singles play, Northern Kentucky took all six positions in straight sets. Sarah Stuhlmann fell at No. 1 6-3, 6-2. Diana Prinos dropped 6-4, 6-3 at No. 2, and Jessica Pil lost 6-0, 6-4 in the third.

Fairfield heads to Orlando, Florida next week to take on Bucknell and Northern Iowa on Tuesday and Thursday.
