Saturday, April 19, Doubleheader beginning at Noon
vs. Rider
"The Great Tailgate 08"
The tailgate, sponsored by FUSA and IRHA, is from
Noon- 3pm for all students at Fairfield
University. The tailgate will be at two locations. Location
A is in the the parking lot between the Kelley Center and
Loyola Hall as well as the grass lawn in front of Campion Hall.
Location B is located at the Levee. At both
locations, rented grills will be provided for the students. It is
the students' responsibility to bring their own food to grill at
the event. The student radio station WVOF will be there playing
music as students tailgate. Also there will be free shirts as well
as other free prizes for students who
come out to the event.

"Youth Lacrosse Apprecriation Day"
All youth lacrosse players wearing their team jersey will
get complimentary admission.

The first 100 students through the gates will get

"Lacrosse For Autism"
Lacrosse Unlimited Inc. (LU), the world's largest retailer
of lacrosse equipment and apparel, has announced the first ever
Connecticut based Lacrosse For Autism event, an Autism
Awareness initiative supported by the retailer. LU has
partnered with Fairfield University Athletics in an effort to raise
funds and awareness for Lacrosse For Autism as well as
Stamford Education 4 Autism, a group
dedicated to organizing activities for the children with autism and
their families to help develop social, vocational, and life skills,
and therapy sessions that can help to develop their speech and
behavior.

"CONNY Lacrosse Appreciation"
All youth CONNY lacrosse players will get complimentary
admission. CONNY's primary purpose is to promote the game of
lacrosse in a safe and sportsmanlike environment. CONNY wants
kids to grow up playing a game of speed, position, and finesse,
rather than physical intimidation. The goal is to conduct all our
activities in a manner that will set an example of good
sportsmanship and friendly competition for our young players.
