Directions To Fairfield University and the Arena at Harbor Yard

INFORMATION & INTERVIEWS
Requests for additional information, interviews and photographs should be directed to the Sports Information Office.  Interviews will not be granted unless first approved and arranged by the Sports Information Office.  Interviews will not be granted on game-days prior to the competition.

WORKING CREDENTIALS
To eliminate any misunderstandings all media credential requests must be made 24 hours in advance of a home competition.  Because of limited space priority will be given to those outlets that cover the participating teams on a regular basis.  To request a credential please contact the Sports Information contact of the specific sport.  Credentials will be held at the ‘Will Call’ area, or at the venues ticket entrance.

MEDIA SERVICES
Complete team and individual statistics will be provided approximately 20 minutes after the game, when appropriate.  Post game interviews will be conducted at a location designated by the Sports Information staff, after the NCAA required cooling off period.

TELEPHONE & FAX
A fax machine and telephones are available post game on a first-come, first-served basis.  For events on campus these services are located in the Sports Information office.  At the Arena at Harbor Yard, fax and phone are available in the media room, as well as phone lines on press row.

PHOTOGRAPHERS
A photo pass is required to take photographs at Fairfield University sporting events.  Photographers may secure a pass by contacting the Sports Information office at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled contest.  Photographers are not allowed in the team bench area of any sporting event.  Various events will have additional restrictions on photographer locations.  Please confirm with the Sports Information staff regarding appropriate locations to shoot.

PARKING
Parking for on campus events is limited and is available on a first-come, first-served basis. Please arrive early to maximize parking location.  Parking at the Arena at Harbor Yard is available in the parking garage located next to the Arena for a fee.
