2007: MAAC All-Academic Team ... Was the Stags' third finisher at the Fordham Invitational (32:01), the Leeber Invitational (30:31.40), and the MAAC Championships (29:50.2) ... Was the fourth finisher at the Ted Owen Invitational (30:27) and the CCSU Mini Meet (17:49) ... Ran a time of 30:22 at the New England Championships ... Clocked a time of 37:02.65 at the NCAA Regionals ... Notched a mark of 30:06 at the IC4A Championship.

2006: A consistent second and third runner ... Finished second for the Stags at the Leeber Invitational (28:37.3), the MAAC Championships (28:53.7), the NCAA Regionals (38:02) and the IC4A Championships (29:20.7) ... Crossed the line third for the Stags at the Fordham Invitational (30:51) and Ted Owen Invitational (30:22).

2005: Started the season with a third-place finish at the Fordham Invitational, running the course in 30:30 ... Placed in the top five among his teammates at the Central Connecticut Invitational (30:58) and the Victor Leeber Invitational (29:41) ... Eclipsed the 30-minute mark at the NCAA Regional (29:45) ... Finished among the top 20 overall at the Central Connecticut Invitational.

2004: Started career at the Central Connecticut Invitational, finishing the race in 36:01 ... Cut nearly three minutes off that time one week later at the Fordham Invitational (33:12) ... Dropped his times over the next two weeks, including a season-best 31:23 at the Fairfield Invitational ... Competed in all three year-end championship events, which included a solid performance at the ECAC meet (31:45).

High School: Ran cross country for three years, beginning with his sophomore year at Glastonbury High School ... Received a berth to the Conference All-Academic team in 2004 ... Capped career with the Captains Award, given to a member of the team for dedication.
