2007: Ran a time of 33:27 at the Fordham Invitational ... Finished third for Fairfield at the Ted Owen Invitational (30:20) and the New England Championships (30:09) ... Was the Stags' second finisher at the CCSU Mini Meet (17:39) ... Posted a time of 31:23.20 at the Leeber Invitational ... Finished fourth at the MAAC Championships (30:07.6), at the NCAA Regionals (36:55.80), and at the IC4A Championship (30:03).

2006: Appeared in four races ... Opened the season with a time of 32:40 at the Fordham Invitational ... Ran a 30:12.6 at the Leeber Invitational ... Crossed the line third for the Stags at the New England Championships (28:47) ... Posted a time of 30:46 at the MAAC Championships.

2005: Remained an important runner in Fairfield's success during the season ... Came up with solid performances in two of the biggest events of the year, namely the New England Championship and the NCAA Regional ... Tallied a season-best time of 29:14 at the ECAC, but improved on that time with a 29:10 finish at the NCAA event ... Among the team's top four finishers in six of the nine meets, beginning with the Central Connecticut Invitational (18th overall).

2004: Enjoyed an outstanding rookie season which included a season-best time of 29:04 at the New England Championship ... Also performed admirably at the MAAC Championship with a time of 29:13, which was good for fifth on the team ... Posted a time of 36:44 at the NCAA Regional and crossed the line third for the Stags.

High School: A four-sport athlete during his four years at Warwick Valley High School ... In addition to cross country, letters were also earned in ice hockey, indoor track, and outdoor track ... Helped cross country team to four-straight Sectional Championships ...
