NEW YORK - The Fairfield University men's and women's cross country teams finished the 2004 season, on Saturday afternoon at the ECAC/IC4A Championships at Van Cortlandt Park in the Bronx.
Shannon Kenefick led the Fairfield women with a 42nd place finish with a 19:31 over the 5,000-meter course. She was followed by Lauren Wilson who finished the race with a 20:05 good for 58th overall. Stephanie Stote was third on the team with a 20:17, followed by Liz Casey (21:37), Courtney Kincaid (21:52), Kelli Connors (22:26), and Megan Krueger (22:55).
Bryan Mahoney led the Fairfield men with a 27:10 over the five-mile men's course, for 49th over all. Justin Rindos was second on the team and 51st overall with a 27:13, AJ Kastainotis was third on the team with a 28:28. Craig Sabatini finished with a 29:05. Devin Hagan had a 29:31, AJ Lawrence finished with a 29:42, and John Worrall had a 29:52.
