FAIRFIELD, Conn. - Due to field conditions from the recent inclement weather, the Fairfield baseball team has postponed several games this week beginning with Tuesday's contest at St. John's. The game, slated for Tuesday, March 20 has been rescheduled for April 10 at 3 p.m. at St. John's.
The Stags will also have to wait a little bit longer to start play at home. Fairfield's home opener against Central Connecticut State scheduled for March 21 has been postponed. The Stags and the Blue Devils will now play on April 25 at 3:30 p.m. on Alumni Diamond.
The March 22 contest against Quinnipiac has been cancelled. This game will not be scheduled.
