LAWRENCEVILLE, N.J. (AP) - Jerry Johnson scored 20 points to lead Rider to a 73-59 victory over Fairfield Friday night.
Trailing 16-12 five minutes into the game, Rider (14-8, 10-3, MAAC) went on a 14-2 run to take a 26-18 lead. The Broncs never trailed again and led 36-30 at the half.
Rich Baker added 17 points for the Broncs, while R.J. Wicks had 14 points and eight rebounds.
Sam Spann scored 15 points for Fairfield (6-15, 5-8 MAAC). Ajou Deng added
14 points and nine rebounds.
