JERSEY CITY, N.J. (AP) - Ajou Deng scored 14 points and grabbed six rebounds to lead Fairfield over St. Peter's 93-61 on Saturday.
The Peacocks (4-23, 3-15) lost their sixth straight game.
Fairfield (11-16, 9-9) led 38-32 at the break, then opened a big lead in the first four minutes of the second half, outscoring St. Peter's 12-3.
Deng Gai's steal and dunk with 16:01 remaining gave the Stags a 52-35 lead, and St. Peter's didn't get closer than 13 points the rest of the game.
Nate Brown, who had 10 points, was the only player in double-digits for St.
Peter's. Kamaal McQueen, who added nine points and five rebounds, has 1,053
career points and 502 rebounds. He is the eighth player in school history with
at least 1,000 points and 500 rebounds.
