Fairfield, Conn. -- Fairfield University and Cablevision will combine forces to bring Stags basketball to fans around the world this weekend. The February 11th men's game and the February 13th women's game will be broadcast, both audio and video, over the Fairfield University internet site.
The University's media center will take Cablevision's television feed and stream it so that fans can view the game on their computer screens. It marks the first time that Fairfield basketball has been available for viewing over the internet.
Fans can access the site by going to the following website: www.fairfield.edu/media/live. The men's feed will begin Friday at 7:00 PM eastern standard time while the women's feed will commence Sunday at 2:00 PM est.
