FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- College basketball fans have the opportunity to see five games for the price of one in a President's Weekend basketball extravaganza. Fans who purchase a ticket for Saturday's doubleheader can use that ticket stub to receive a free ticket to Monday's Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) tripleheader. All five games will be played at the Arena at Harbor Yard.
On Saturday, the Stags women's basketball team hosts Niagara University in a key MAAC game beginning at 1 pm. The Fairfield University men's basketball team follows with a 3 pm tip off with Big West Conference member Cal State Northridge.
The President's Day tripleheader commences at 1 pm with the Fairfield women's team hosting another upstate New York team in Canisius College. At 4 pm, the Iona College men's basketball team hosts Marist College. The Fairfield University men's basketball completes the five-game run with a 6 pm game against Saint Peter's College.
