Alumni who have graduated in classes up to and including 1998 are eligible, as are non-alumni who have achieved excellence and distinguished themselves in Fairfield's athletic program. Form must be submitted no later than March 3, 2003.
We will contact you for supporting documentation, if necessary. All nominations require a seconding nomination.
