FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The men's basketball team concludes the exhibition season on November 15 when it hosts the Upstate New York AAU All-Stars at Alumni Hall. The game time is slated for 7:30 PM.
Fairfield is coming off a 97-70 win over the Connecticut Stars last Saturday evening. Oscar Garcia paced the offense with a double-double, scoring 18 points and 10 rebounds. The senior netted seven of 10 field goal attempts in the game. DeWitt Maxwell (15 points), Terrence Todd (13 points), Nick Delfico (12 points) and Kudjo Sogadzi (11 points) each reached double-digits in scoring.
The men's basketball team opens up its regular season on November 22 when it hosts Harvard University on November 22 at the Arena at Harbor Yard. Game time is 9:00 pm, part of a doubleheader with the women's basketball team (Penn State at 7:00 pm).
