Fairfield, Conn. -- The Fairfield University men's and women's basketball teams will have a toy drive to benefit the Yale-New Haven Hospital & Phoebe's Phenomenal Toy Drive. Fans are invited to bring an unwrapped toy to the December 6 doubleheader as the Stags help bring Christmas to area children. Collection boxes will be placed at the main entrance of the Arena at Harbor Yard, beginning at 5:00 pm and remaining through the men's game.
The women's basketball team hosts Siena College at 5:30 pm, while the men's basketball squad battles Iona College at 8:00 pm. Tickets for the doubleheader are available and can be purchased through the Arena box office, or on-line through www.fairfieldstags.com or www.ticketmaster.com.
