FAIRFIELD, Conn. - DeWitt Maxwell, a senior on the Fairfield
University men's basketball, has been declared eligible to compete with
the team effective today. Consistent with University policy, Maxwell
requested reevaulation of his status through the University's Office of
the Dean of Students after being declared ineligible for a violation of
the Student Conduct Code last semester. He will be available to play in
Fairfield University's next basketball game on December 30 at Cal State
Northridge.
