2006: Rooke did not see action in any games, but gained insight to the program during his time with the team.

Before Fairfield: Rooke spent three seasons as a goalkeeper at Chestnut Hill Academy, gaining significant playing time between the posts. As a senior, Rooke tallied eight shutouts for Chestnut Hill, which represent half of his career 16 shutouts. For his efforts, Rooke was named All-Conference as a senior, the second of two such awards for the goalkeeper. Rooke also competed on the tennis court as a freshman and as a sophomore, and on the lacrosse field as a junior and as a senior. He was named the team's most improved player as a sophomore, and was voted the Lees award recipient at Chestnut Hill for his dedication and commitment as a senior. He lists business as his major.
