PRINCETON, N.J. - A day after defeating a seeded doubles team, Fairfield sophomore Ryan Berthod (White Plains, N.Y.) and rookie Rob Ferrante (Yorktown Heights, N.Y.) fell in the Round of 32 of the 2007 Wilson/ITA Northeast Regional Men's Tennis at Princeton University.

Berthod and Ferrante fell to Princeton's Ryan Kim and Ilya Trubov by a margin of 8-5.

Yesterday, Berthod and Ferrante knocked off the 11^th-seeded Yale pair of Michael Caldwell and Connor, 8-6.

Fairfield is back on the courts on Oct. 27 in a match against St. Francis (N.Y.).
