Callahan played in six games during the 2006 campaign, which included one start in the Stags' 2-1 win over Robert Morris in the season finale. She came off the bench five times, and played 35 minutes in three of those five outings. For the season, Callahan made nine saves and allowed six goals for a 2.58 goals against average. She played the second half against Saint Joseph's and Holy Cross, collecting a season-high three saves in each of those games. Her goals against average decreased after each outing after allowing four goals in her first appearance. She helped the Stags post a shutout against St. Francis, Pa. with one save, a 3-0 decision at home. Callahan earned a spot on the NFHCA National Academic Squad.
2005 Season: Callahan split the goaltending duties in 2005. Nine of her 10 appearances were as a starter, and compiled a 2.24 goals against average with 61 saves and 23 goals against. She played 80 or more minutes in each of her first three outings, highlighted by an 88-plus minute effort against Quinnipiac. She made 12 saves in that game, which tied her season high set against Northwestern in her first game of the campaign. She played 718 minutes in the Stags goal, and tallied eight complete games.
2004 Season: Callahan picked up 11 starts during the season, and recorded one shutout and two combined shutouts in her 14 appearances. Callahan picked up her first career shutout with a 1-0 win over Holy Cross, making four saves in the game. She also combined with Liz Thomas for a shutout against Robert Morris (first half) and St. Francis (second half). Callahan finished the regular season with a 2.17 goals against average with a 82 saves and 25 goals allowed. She reached double digits in the save column three times - 12 versus Brown and Sacred Heart in the NEC semifinals, and a career-high 14 versus Connecticut. Callahan made five or more saves in nine of her 14 appearances. She earned the NEC Rookie of the Week after picking up the shutout against Holy Cross and the combined shutout versus Robert Morris.
Before Fairfield: Callahan posted six shutouts, a .891 save percentage with 108 saves in her senior campaign, which earned All-State accolades. She became the team's starting goaltender in her sophomore season. She was a four-year varsity swimmer and a three-year lacrosse player. Callahan was voted team captain of the field hockey, swimming and lacrosse teams as a senior. She received the 2004 New Hampshire High School Women's Athletic/Academic Award, presented to a student-athlete with at least a 3.5 GPA, plays at least two sports, and participates in community service.
