Field Hockey

Aislinn Richards joins the Fairfield staff after spending six seasons as an assistant coach at Saint Joseph's University. Her primary charge at Saint Joseph's was working with the team's defensive unit, which consistently ranked as one of the conference's best.

 She played four seasons at Drexel University where she developed into one of the program's top defensive midfielders. Richards earned the team's most valuable player award as a freshman She received a spot on the America East academic honor roll as a junior and as a senior.
