Fairfield, Conn. - The Fairfield University women's soccer home opener, scheduled for Tuesday night on Lessing Field against Holy Cross has been postponed due to inclement weather in the Fairfield area.
A make-up date has not been set, but the two programs are discussing possible dates, and it will be announced when confirmed.
Fairfield will resume its fall schedule on Friday, September 1, with a 4 p.m. game at Providence.
