The Fairfield University women's soccer team has rescheduled its contest with Holy Cross for Tuesday, October 10. That contest will be played on Lessing Field with a 7 p.m. start time.
The Stags were supposed to host the Crusaders in the home opener on August 29, but heavy rains and the opportunity to play later in the season, forced the postponement.
Fairfield will host Boston University for its next outing, Tuesday, September 12, at 7 p.m. The Stags are 0-2-2 with back-to-back overtime ties with Big East members Providence (0-0) and St. John's (1-1).
