It is the third accolade of the season for Maron and the second for Frobey.

Maron posted a pair of shutouts on the week, blanking Holy Cross and league rival Manhattan. The shutouts, her fourth and fifth of the season, bring her career total to 15, moving her into third place all-time at Fairfield. Frobey continued her torrid scoring pace, netting four goal on the week. She scored two in the second half against Holy Cross and a pair more against the Jaspers, also in the second half. She leads the team with 22 points, including a team-best 10 goals score. The 10 goals is also good for 10th on the single-season list for the Stags.

Frobey's 10 goals ranks her second in the MAAC, and tops among MAAC rookies. Her 22 points is good for third in the league, as is her 1.47 points per game. Maron ranks second in the league in both goals against average, 0.95, and save percentage, .811, and is third with 60 saves.
