Softball

Trifiolis looks to anchor the left side of the infield, especially with the shortstop vacancy. Her soft hands, range, and quickness make her a natural for filling the position this year, as long as she makes the quick transition to the collegiate game. Offensively, Trifiolis is a three-dimensional player who can contribute with her power, speed, and consistency at the plate. Her ability to beat out ground balls could help her rank among the team leaders for hits this season, while her power could propel her into the team leadership for home runs. She joined the program after attending Whippany Park High School. Trifiolis played summer softball with the Morris County Belles. She lists business as her major.
