FAIRFIELD, Conn. -- The Fairfield University-Yale University softball doubleheader scheduled for April 5 has been postponed due to poor field conditions. The doubleheader has been rescheduled for Thursday, April 6 at Alumni Softball Field. First pitch is slated for 2:30 pm.
The Yale doubleheader is the first of five home dates scheduled over the next 10 days, which includes a Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference date with Marist College on April 9. The home stand also brings St. Francis College (April 11), Providence College (April 13), and Iona College (April 15) to the Stags home diamond.
