
Four Stags Earn ITA Scholar-Athlete Honors

Junior Marisa Voloshin (Woodbridge, Conn.) was named a 2007 Scholar-Athlete last month by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association. while earned the honor for the women.
Voloshin were also named to the Metro Atlantic Athletic Conference (MAAC) All-Academic Team in 2007.
Since 2003, eight women's tennis players have been named ITA Scholar-Athletes.
In order to earn ITA Scholar-Athlete status a player must meet the following criteria be varsity letterwinner, have a grade point average of at least 3.50 (on a 4.00 scale) and have been enrolled at their present school for at least 2 semesters.
