Chris Hagemann is in his third year as an Assistant Director of Sports Medicine at Fairfield University.  In his role he will serve as the primary athletic trainer for the women's soccer, men's lacrosse and men's and women's golf teams.  In addition, Hagemann will provide treatment and care to all of the Stags student-athletes in the Athletic training room.

Hagemann comes to Fairfield having completed his M.A. in Sports Management/Kinesiology at the University of Connecticut.  In his time at a graduate assistant at UConn, he worked primarily with the football team, as well as providing care to the golf and cheerleading teams.  Prior to his time in Storrs, Conn., Hagemann spent a year Colgate as an assistant athletic trainer, covering men's soccer, women's basketball and softball.

A 2004 graduate of Ithaca, with a B.S. in Exercise Science/Athletic Training, Hagemann was a four-year member of the school's football team.  A wide receiver, Hagemann helped the Bombers to the quarterfinals of the National Championship.

A native of Watertown, N.Y., Hagemann currently resides in Bridgeport, Conn.
